This limited warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the Product and does not apply in the following cases:

The sole warranty, if any, with respect to such non-Canon brand items is given by the manufacturer or producer thereof.

CANON CLIQ2 SOFTWARE

Non-Canon brand equipment and software that may be distributed with the Product, or with which the Product may be integrated, are sold “as is” and without warranty of any kind by Canon USA, including any implied warranty or condition regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all such warranties and conditions are disclaimed. This limited warranty shall only apply if the Product is used in conjunction with compatible devices, peripheral equipment and software, as to which items Canon USA shall have no responsibility. This warranty does not cover any accessories for the Product, or any consumables used with the Product (e.g., paper), as to which there shall be no warranty or replacement. A copy of your dated bill of sale will satisfy this requirement. A dated proof of purchase is required at the time of warranty service. Warranty replacement or exchange does not extend the original warranty period for the Product.

Product returned to a Canon USA repair facility and proven to be defective upon inspection will, in Canon's sole discretion and at no charge, be (a) repaired utilizing new, remanufactured, repaired and/or recycled parts (b) exchanged for a new Product or (c) exchanged for a refurbished Product, as determined by the Canon USA repair facility. When delivered to you in new condition in its original container, the Product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. (“Canon USA”) in the United States with respect to the Canon-brand IVY Mini Photo Printer, IVY Camera + Mini Photo Printer and IVY REC Outdoor Camera (the “Product”) packaged with this limited warranty, when purchased and used in the United States.
